Sopley Parish Council hold their meetings at 7.30pm on the third Thursday of every other month in the Parish Hall, Priest’s Lane, Sopley.
Details of meetings are posted on the Council’s four Notice Boards within the Parish one week in advance.
Notice Boards are situated opposite Sopley Post Office, at the junction of London Lane and Ringwood Road, next to the phone box at Ripley, and at Heatherstone Grange.
Agendas are published a minimum of 3 days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Parishioners are welcome to attend all meetings which are held in the Parish Hall, Priest’s Lane, Sopley (unless notified otherwise).
